Patient presented with old failing PFM crown. The metal margins were opening and food was catching between the neighboring teeth. We replaced the PFM with a new CEREC crown fabricated from Emax ceramic. Patient was thrilled with the result.

Patient presented with missing premolar. After implant placement and complete healing, a custom zirconia abutment was fabricated. We then, in house, made a CEREC crown to fit the abutment. Patient was thrilled with the result.

Patient presented with unrestored implant on lower anterior. We restored the implant with a titanium abutment and a CEREC Emax crown. The result looked natural and the patient was very satisfied.

Patient presented with large failing, amalgam. Corrosion from amalgam was turning the tooth grey and fracture lines in the tooth around the margin were prominent. An Cerec EMAX crown was fabricated, encompassing the fractures in tooth structure. Patient was pleased with the esthetic and functional result.
